Kurt Cobain’s first nine years and his teenage life were spent here. His parents bought the 4-bedroom home when he was just a few months old and separated when he was a young boy.

The home’s garage is where Cobain and Krist Novoselic practiced in the ’80s, forming the beginnings of Nirvana.

Kurt’s mom has been the sole owner of the property. It went on the market in September of 2013.
