Billy is in the Northern area of Times Square on the south side of West 52nd Street just east of 7th Avenue in New York City. 52nd Street is the sixth studio album by Billy and was released on Oct 12, 1978 by Columbia Records.

In 1980, 52nd Street won the Grammy for Album of the Year and Billy won the Male Best Pop Vocal Performance.
