Leo Fender

Leo was an American inventor who founded Fender Electric Instrument Manufacturing Company later known as Fender Musical Instruments Corporation.

He is best known for designing solid-body electric guitars and bass guitars, such as the Stratocaster, Telecaster, Precision Bass, and the Jazz Bass. Leo was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1992.

Leo died on March 21, 1991 from the complications of Parkinson’s disease at the age of 81.

Pam Courson Morrison

Wife and muse of Jim Morrison. After Jim’s death, Pam continued to live in Los Angeles. On April 25, 1974, Pam died of a heroin overdose on a couch at the apartment she shared with two friends. She was 27, the same age that Jim died.
