Bradley was the lead singer and guitarist of Sublime. He overdosed on heroin at the Oceanview Motel in San Francisco on May 25, 1996 at the age of 28. A headstone was placed here and his ashes were scattered over his favorite surfing spot in Surfside, California.

his memory.
