Dave “Lonesome Dave” Peverett

Lonesome Dave was the lead singer of Foghat. They had 1970s hits such as “Slow Ride” and “Third Time Lucky.

Foghat had five Gold albums for “Foghat“, “Energized“, “Night Shift“, “Stone Blue“, and “Boogie Motel“. 1975’s “Fool For The City” was certified Platinum and 1977’s  “Foghat Live” was certified Double Platinum

Dave passed away on February 7, 2000 due to complications from kidney cancer.
