On Saturday, December 22, 2012, Mike Scaccia, the guitarist for Ministry and Rigor Mortis, died here. Scaccia was performing onstage as part of a 50th birthday celebration for Rigor Mortis singer Bruce Corbitt, when he collapsed.
The county coroner indicated the cause of death to be a sudden heart attack brought on by heart disease. Mike was 47 years old.
