Cass Elliot, of The Mamas & The Papas, was a central figure of the 1960s Laurel Canyon music scene. Cass hosted renowned parties and gatherings with attendees including Jimi Hendrix, The Beatles, and Donovan. The six-bedroom place was custom built in 1951 by the parents of actress Natalie Wood.

The “Graffiti Wall”, she famously had a wall in her living room where visiting artists would write their names and numbers.

She purchased the home from Natalie Wood in 1968. After her, it was owned by Ringo Starr and later Dan Aykroyd.
