   I am the current owner of this home.
   You are quite correct in its history.
   Dave Grohl & his wife bought this house New in early 2006 as a Beach house. They owned it for about 10 years until we purchased it from them fully furnished.
   We get visits from fans periodically. We don’t mind so long as they are respectful and come during day time hours.
   Your photo is fairly current with my car in the driveway.
