Formerly known as The Aladdin, this hotel/casino opened on March 31, 1966. On May 1, 1967, Elvis Presley married Priscilla Beaulieu in room 363, which at the time was the manager’s personal suite.
In 1981, Iron Maiden played their first ever American concert here.
The casino was in financial trouble from the start and was sold in bankruptcy on June 20, 2003, to a partnership of Planet Hollywood and Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide and is now known as “Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino.
