This is a one-of-a-kind classic Los Angeles landmark. The offices here have been occupied by some of the greatest names in movie, stage, screen and music. WC Fields, Robert Benchley, Alfred Hitchcock and F. Scott Fitzgerald had offices here.

Wally Heider set up his mobile recording and lab headquarters here, and re-invented the art of live rock and roll concert recording. Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young recorded many of their best-known and best-selling albums at studios that they custom-built within one of the buildings.

Jackson Browne, Warren Zevon and Bonnie Raitt rehearsed at Crossroads, and their managers had offices in the complex. Aretha Franklin’s live performance at President Obama’s inauguration was recorded and mixed here as well.
