Music City SF is the vision of Rudy Colombini, a native San Franciscan with a deep love of music and the city that inspired him. His dedication and commitment to creating a place where all people can learn and perform music and art combined with his dream to honor the rich musical history of San Francisco is coming to life bit by bit. Soon there will be a Music Hall of Fame and much more.
Installed in the sidewalk in front of Music City SF are more than 330 engraved bricks, which honor local legends, including many who may never received national recognition, for their place in the rich, diverse and innovative musical and cultural movements of the San Francisco Scene.
