Former Location –
Boz Scaggs and his wife Dominique, moved to the hills above Napa Valley in 1996. In 1998, they planted approximately 2.2 acres at the northern crest of Mt Veeder . In 2000 they started to produce a blend of classic southern Rhone varietals: mourvedre, grenache, syrah and counoise.
Per their website, the vineyard as well as the online store are now permanently closed. While the original branded venture may no longer operate under the “Scaggs Vineyard” name, the vines and site may continue in some form under different management.
