Former Location –
This may have looked like just another jewelry/gallery/rock shop, but the location also hosted one of the greater collections of Grateful Dead and Jerry Garcia memorabilia in the country.
Not only could you find tickets from past shows, posters and other Dead stuff, the store also had Jerry Garcia’s old Sub Zero refrigerator from the remodeling of his home after his death. The fridge was bought from the contractor by the owners of the store and it currently holds their selection of cool beverages.
For any of you wealthier Dead Heads, the fridge was for sale for $25,400.
The store closed for good on February 29, 2016.
