Le Studio

Former Location –

Le Studio, which later became Studio Morin Heights was a recording studio just south of the town of Morin-Heights, Quebec, built in 1972. The studio, where artists could record and spend the night due to its remote location, was the studio of choice for many international recording artists including Rush, The Bee Gees, and Cat Stevens.

The studio was well known for its location as well as its state-of-the-art equipment. By 2008 the studio had gone out of business. On August 11, 2017, the building was partially destroyed by “a suspicious” fire.
