Topanga Skyline Studio formerly Skyline Recording Studios, has had many music legends come through its doors over the years.
Although it still has the ability to record music, which it has been known for since the early seventies, it is now mainly a private residence that was once owned by Sir Douglas Quintet drummer Johnny Perez.
The property is about 1/3 acre and is zoned for both commercial and residential use. It has both modern & vintage recording equipment within it’s 3,255 square feet.
