This was once a church that became a recording studio for musicians during the 1960s, ’70s and ’80s. Along the way it became a private home.

Tracks from Van Morrison’s album “Saint Dominic’s Preview” were recorded here in the early 1970s. Jefferson Starship and Boz Scaggs also recorded here. Other successful artists recorded here as well such as Clover (predecessors of Huey Lewis and the News), Maria Muldaur, Jerry Garcia, Donald “Duck” Dunn and Steve Cropper (of Booker T and the MGs and The Blues Brothers) and Sons of Champlin.
