One of The Doors’ most infamous performances was their September 20, 1969 concert at Miami’s Dinner Key Auditorium (later known as the Coconut Grove Convention Center), where lead singer Jim Morrison allegedly exposed himself. This incident led to Morrison’s arrest on charges of public indecency and profanity, with a later conviction and subsequent pardon.

The building was demolished in 2013 and the site is now home to Regatta Park
