KISS’ original lineup of Gene Simmons, Paul Stanley, Ace Frehley and Peter Criss played together for the last time at the North Charleston Coliseum in South Carolina. Near the end of their tour, their drummer, Peter Criss found out that their guitar player, Ace Frehley was getting a lot more money than what Criss was getting. He wrote in his memoir, “It was the most devastating blow of my professional life.”
KISS still had seven shows left but Criss was done with them so their final show happened on October 7, 2000 at the North Charleston Coliseum.
